Davos in Summer
During the summer Davos and the surrounding area offer an abundance of outdoor pursuits, from scenic walks, hiking, paragliding, golf and numerous water sports. For mountain bikers the area offers stunning tours, diverse landscapes and plenty of downhill adventures. A total of 290 kilometres of marked mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty are easily accessible for pure biking pleasure.
There is an idyllic 18-hole golf course within walking distance of the resort and a further nine courses are located in the Grisons region. Davos boasts a number of tennis courts and football pitches as well as an artificial ice rink, on which you can pirouette even in summer. Sporting events like the Swiss Alpine Marathon and Swiss Bike Masters are held in Davos and the near Prättigau Valley.
