Davos in Winter

The beautiful mountain scenery and charming town of Davos have something to offer for everyone. The resort has access to fantastic skiing in five different areas totaling more than 300 kilometers of ski-runs. As well as unique attractions such as the largest European natural ice rink Davos is home to paragliding and hang-gliding schools, freeride slopes, winter fun parks, adventurous sledge runs and snow shoe trekking tours, making it the perfect winter resort.

Davos has a number of sports centres offering facilities for numerous indoor activities, from athletics and wall climbing to indoor tennis, and squash. The Vaillant Arena is a magnificent stadium used for various ice sports such as hockey, ice dancing and curling. Furthermore there are internationally prestigious sporting events to entice sports fans, such as the Icehockey Spengler Cup, Ice Gala Davos, Snow Polo in Klosters, various snowboarding contests, speed skating and cross-country World Cup competitions.
